We take pride in our unique products, which are created on-demand especially for you. This means each item is custom-made after you place your order. Because of this special, customized nature, we have a specific return policy.
Please read it carefully before making your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We 100% guarantee our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, has a manufacturing defect, or is the wrong item (e.g., wrong size or color sent), we are here to help!
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Email us at info@artbykidsstore.com with your Order Number.
- Please include a clear photograph that shows the damage or the issue.
Once we verify the issue, we will work with our fulfillment partner to send you a replacement product completely free of charge. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
You do not need to return the defective item.
Sizing, Wrong Color, or “Change of Mind”
Because every product is custom-printed just for you, we are unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:
- You ordered the wrong size.
- You ordered the wrong color.
- You changed your mind (buyer’s remorse).
A Note on Sizing: To ensure you get the perfect fit, we strongly encourage you to review the detailed size chart provided on each product page. These charts include specific measurements to help you choose correctly. If you have any questions about fit, please contact us before placing your order.
The Return Process
Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the package. This is our fulfillment partner’s facility and they cannot process returns that have not been pre-approved by our team.
